EXTADS.com is the best national Craigslist search engine I've found.

yeah man get some pics up of the pics. I'm a craigslist junkie looking for bikes, wouldn't surprise me if they tried to sell em down my way.

The friend of mine that got the bikes stolen is someone I definitely would not want to make mad. He was pretty much an extreme fighter before it became a fad.

Wow - just tried that site for the first time and it kicks butt!! I've been using searchtempest, which works pretty good, but it tends to drag up quite a few dead/deleted listings.

Thanks for the link!

None that are worth posting but thanks for the heads up. The other pictures look just like every other rm 85 or crf 150 on the planet. Haven't heard from him in about a week but I've been stuck in Austin for a couple of days.

I wonder if its possible/feasible to chip a bike just like a dog or a horse?

I've thought about this too. I wouldn't imagine it would be too difficult to chip a bike in a hidden spot. There would be no need to insure your bikes anymore. Just show up at the guy's front door with brass knuckles on

I don't think those animal chips are trackable but I'm sure its technically possible to make them so.

I'm guessing the true owner had that CL add up to sell the bike and that is how the thieves found him, cased him, and got the bikes.
