Can you imagine the crowds reaction if he races & they introduce him?? I might have to claim Jan 16th 'James Stewart Day'

It's a long shot for him to win the title but he CAN win races. I totally believe that. But first he needs to get a good 20 behind him and build. It's been a long time since he completed 20 laps. But I have faith!

C'mon, Stew! Yeah!!

That does not exactly look like confirmation he is racing to me.

Does he have a note from Dr Nick Riviera?

I wish he would rock the 259 in practice again. Smile

Love when he's on the line. Love him or hate him, he always makes it more exciting.

If Stewart is in the Race he can win, period.

He has a shot at the championship as well. Hell we have seen riders NOT make the main halfway through the season, missing out on 25 points. This is at the front, hell of a lot easier to make up.

I just hope he is healthy and truly good to go from the concussion.

Travis Pastrana basically ended his career trying to pull this.

Second-impact trauma is extremely dangerous.

Not even pissed I didn't get to see him ride in Aus, what does get me pissed are the FB posts saying stuff like "Every Aussie fan cheered when Stew got knocked out" and so on. I don't mind how I'm watching it I just like seeing this guy race the other 21 or 39 fastest dudes in the world, kind of cool over the last year to see him become the underdog of our sport and have a never give up attitude. I'm unbelievably impressed because after A1 I did not think this would be his attitude, I thought he would've decided he'd had enough with the bad luck streak. Even if he doesn't come back this weekend good for Stew!

Man I hope he can get a few solid rides in and build some momentum. The races are better when he's out there.

agreed...with my last concussion the doc didn't even want me on the computer, watching tv, anything - and basically said, if you do it again in the next week or two - you can easily die.

I hope he takes another week off at least.

I'll be at A2 - I am looking forward to see a win that night.

Always fans and friends of the Stewarts.

Surely he'll have to take an Impact Test - or it's verify-er / follow up to compare to what he has on record?

Or, has that ( the Impact Testing regime) no 'authority', so to speak?

From what I gathered, he was out cold - once again, surely he'll have to be cleared by medical authorities?

Look, I am no 'fan boi' of JS - but, nor am I of any other rider. But the referred to postings (where ? no, don't bother, it will be from f**kwit central) of cheering for his demise / injury shows just how effed up people can be. Shameful bullshit.
