Part of me wishes he'd just train his ass off and get ready to come out swinging for outdoors. But I guess he needs some actual race based seat time as well. Hopefully he is competitive and stays healthy.

Exactly what I was thinking. Originally just thought he should just sit out the rest of SX to get 100% ready for outdoors but then I remembered he had a full year to get 100% for SX and he showed up the most out of shape he's ever been.

Always more exciting with James out there. He really needs to just finish some races and race himself back into shape so come outdoors, he can really come out swinging and start racing like we know he can.

Yup- He should proceed with caution.. Impossible to run w/ the leaders at this point. Top ten would be a huge success.

Still has more talent in his little finger than most, but, father time is calling..

Big Fan- Hoping for the best for JS7-

Nice shave on your back TorcBro. You use Nair or have the old lady shave it?

Seat time seat time seat time. Stew needs a lot of it.

The outdoor game passed Stew by years ago. He can still win SXs, and lots of them if he would put in the work...or commit to working with a trainer that will help him with a structure so he can put in the work. An 18 month vacation with millions in the bank was not good for Stew's racing perspective. Life perspective perhaps, but being at the top of a demanding sport means you have to give up a lot of other things in life.

I dont think he has it in him to put in the work...and if you dont put in the work you end up on the dirt.

Well said. I think anybody who has the slightest thought that he might come out and battle with the top guys is way off. Crash or 8th, I'm sure Stew will get slammed by a bunch of internet know-nothings either way.
