I'm too in love to not sound biased.
It was awesome. Almost looped out right when I got on it. Way more bottom end then when I was used to. Very smooth power no real hit almost electric. Just pulls! I'm in love

Yz 250 and a KX250 07 from 250sxf KTM so this feels different than any of these bikes by far doesn't feel like a four stroke doesn't feel like a two-stroke at least to me...
Change the oil going for a second ride I'll post more pictures later! #BraaaP!

Right on I was a little sketched out on the air for work but I set it once and it works perfect.. way better than when I came from.

Slip... You got your TC250 all figured out?

Last time I saw you at MMX 5 or 6 weeks ago, you were searching for the jetting and such.

Is it now a keeper, or are you moving onto the next scoot?

Mine is still a little odd compared to others, but I cut open my air box so it could breathe better and kept going leaner until it finally started to run off the bottom. I ended up with the stock TMX using the blue JD needle and a 27.5 pilot because it made more power overall than the 38 PWK with a 35 pilot and NECJ needle.

I added an FMF exhaust, but haven't ridden it yet and found my PV preload screw was set at 4.5 turns in from the factory. According to JD's dyno testing I found at KTM talk 2-2.5 in is the best overall power curve and more than 3 in kills lower torque numbers so I'm excited to ride it again this week sometime. I'm going to massage the cylinder and head very soon as well, so yes... she's a keeper!

Congrats to both of you guys. Hey fast willy, have you tried it on a moto track? If so, what did you think? Will it be an all around bike for you or primarily off-road or moto? Also, what was your decision process going for the 300 over the 250.

I rode a 17' 250sx last weekend and the bottom end power is like nothing I have ever felt on a smoker! Amazing!

I back my pv adjuster out even more to around 1-1.5 turns in from flush ad the powerband is looong. Don't be afraid to make adjustments all day only takes a few seconds and changes the powerband quite a bit.

Exactly the bottom is so strong and tractable. You can short shift or rev.
