Its sad that the riders are so under paid because they risk their lives to entertain us. Dizzy

It's probably a rental. Herlings has a premiere of a documentary about him tonight (the hard way to win) so I think he wants to arrive in style.

Does any body really buy bike based off what pros ride? How do rmz sales look? Seems ktm sells a lot because they are making a great bike in many versions.

it's a good thing he bought it when he moved to the MX1 class... i think all the sandbags in the trunk would ruin the shocks

98% of the kids here in The Netherlands rides a KTM. I think a good 35-50% of that has Herlings graphics or the factory team graphics.

How many people know who are 8-10 spots behind in points? Not all salaries are created equal. The guys at the top always make substantially more. This holds true in most professions.

It's still a choice for those guys to race knowing what they make. If they have skills that will allow them to make more elsewhere, why not use them if the contract isn't good? The reality for many racers is that outside of their ability to ride a motorcycle, their marketable skills to earn a living are limited.

If I didn't make a good enough living to be comfortable at my career, I'd be in pursuit of something else to do with my life that would give me what I want.

It's hard to be sympathetic towards the salaries of the riders when they won't fight for whatever they feel they deserve. They all line up knowing what the pay is. Passion only goes so far towards earning a living.

The guys at the top are making good money. Very good. And good for them.

Jeffrey is a Bieber fan what do you expect.

I wouldn't be the same if I had a Ferrari and would laugh at comments like that Laughing

Awesome for Herlings!!! The haters are going to hate harder and more often, if that's even possible? It's my understanding he doesn't pay a trainer or an agent or any of their fees....he can afford a car like that without giving his money away to them.
