I had those issues as well as the very first issue of MXA. Still have over 600 magazines from over the years.

Hey Butch, check out the price on this old one in my collection.

Wow. Thanks for posting. Damn that is cool and brings back so many good memories. Nothing came close to MXA back in the 70s. Despite the results being anti climatic thanks to Cycle News, it was almost cooler since you had a couple of months to anticipate how damn badass the color pics and race recap would turn out!

50 cents, wow! Twinkys were probably a dime back in 69 too!

Glad you liked them. I'll scan up a few more.

Trivia question for US Guys.

Name the British rider #11 on Greeves leading Joel Robert????

Is that Bryan Kenney on the #11? I have had this picture in my files for at least five years, but would have to search my collection for the actual issue to verify #11.

I had every MXA, Dirt Bike, and Motocross mag from about 1979 on. Wish I had kept them! Brings back memories. Thanks for the uploads.

Wild Bryan Wade, a Englishman I believe
We have a winner, not that there was any prize, just that inner glow of knowing your motocross past and present!
