If he does(which I'm not 100% sure, and wouldn't like that to happen), who do you think would have the best shot at the title?

It would be cool if Reed or Stewart could clinch a championship before they retire

Winner.

There's a reason why we watch all the races.

I think Roczen would be in the hunt. I would say Tomac but I just don't think he is completely gelled with the 450 Honda yet. Stewart for sure. I would also throw in Barcia and Canard. Of all those mentioned, how could you not pull for Canard after the road he as traveled lately.

Well, how long as it been since anyone not named Ryan has won a big bike championship? Seems one or the other has won everything as far back as 2010, right? They are the best of this era, one is just not as good at supercross as the other.

I would say logic points to Dungey getting another outdoor title if RV misses. However, anything can and will happen.

Bring on the outdoors!

Dungey. Reed and Stewart will have a shot at it, too. Nobody else will win it, and you can stamp it.

Stewart for sure.

He missed the sx title because of too many mistakes but showed some good speed.

i believe the mx title will be his, with or without RV.

I always want to say Barcia because I love how he rides but it seems like he always has something happen or he starts riding over his head where he can't just lock in and check out. I would love to see Canard take a title. I'm really just tired of seeing RV win. It's annoying to me now.

Canard will be hard to beat in the outdoors. I'll go out on a limb and say Trey will win the Championship.

Has Reed confirmed that he will be back for the start of the Nationals? Id like to see him and Stewart go at it one more time.

Possibly the most logical, non-threatening, and non smartass post of 2014. Well played.

Tomac might turn some heads outside on the four five oh.

Not going to happen, he needs to put turn signals on his bike so he can let other riders know he wants by,lol

Agreed. After what he's been through, he's got to be hungrier to win than anyone else. I hope he does.

Dungey will kill em with kindness over 24 if RV isn't there.

X-factor is Chad.

James will do what he does.

Roczen strong for 75% of the season

It'll be either Dungey or Reed.

Dungey is SUPER consistent ( look at his total Outdoor wins......) and he is a beast outdoors. His fitness is there.

If 2012 Chad shows up, then it will be friggin EPIC! If Reed can stay on two wheels he will be right there.

James just crashes too much ( unfortunately ) and I just don't see him lasting 24 motos without missing one or more.

If RV is there or not its anybody's championship! I think if James stays riding like he is and makes all 24 motos he has a good chance. RD is consistent thats it and if Reed is back we will have to see how he is after the injury.

I hope everybody is there it will make for a good outdoor season!

If this is true, you can go ahead and crown RD the outdoor champ, with KROC 2nd and Tomac 3rd.

Don't count out Canard, but I think Reed and JS7 will go back and forth each week.
Reed's speed has increased as of late, and JS7 won't be able to dominate like he did a few years ago.
Dungey will be there.
If RV does race, I believe he will not dominate. He may or may not win it, but dominate, NO. Not this year.
