I was incredibly impressed that Friese DIDN'T fight back. That was the best thing he could have done (not fight) but I would have never expected him to actually take it.

Punches to the back of the head are against the rules in MMA (and pretty much everything everywhere) so nobody would confuse Peick with one of them.

Yes, they have all bought into it.

Throwing at the back of someones head is a bitch move, but I might've been impressed with that combination if he'd of thrown hammer fist straight down on his helmet instead of those stupid hay maker hooks.

I thought Freise was going to run on the second oneI was cracking up but the Freise take outs were no where near as bad as Dungey's plus Peick choose to not let off, he had a choice but played chicken and lost. You should be able to punch someone in he helmet it hurt Peick's hand worse than it hurt Freise.

Friese riding like a F'n weapon is more of a danger to the other riders than Weston's punches were a danger to Friese. Friese is a POS, there has to be some consequence for riding like that. I would rather see a couple of punches thrown than see riders T-Boning each other like Alessi did to Tickle a couple years back.

Plus, I really have issue with Friese's shenanigans in Canada two season back.

He hasnt done anything like that before. I hope he hasnt been listening to the commentators, he is usually a nice guy and not the tough guy they make him out to be.

The thing is though Freise does have a bid rep, those two moves tonight on Weston were not that bad, the heat race, Freise had the line and just sort of Squeezed Peick out of room, nothing wrong with that move at all.

The second was was a decent hit, but nothing different then you see every week in SX, Freise just got it wrong by having Peick be the guy on the end of both of them.

Peick will probably get a few weeks and probably rightfully so, I am sure after that split second barrage of back of the head punches he realised he was in the shit.

What Peick did was instinct, it was not right, but that happens sometimes, he will pay for it how ever the officials see fit and will be back on track.

Still a big Peick fan, he made a split second wrong decision to start swinging, and lucky none of those punches landed in the back of Freises neck and caused some serious damage, but luckily nothing big injury wise came out of either bike contact and the fist contact!

The way they came down on JS7 and then Millsaps gets fired for something no one would have known about if Kawasaki just kept it in house. I could see a big over reaction and he get kicked for the year and fired. Would be very sad to she all his hard work get flushed down the drain.

I think Peick works out on a bag as part of his conditioning, so I'm sure his hands are pretty tough. Even the booth were in agreement that Freise is and has been a very dirty rider and that while Weston's actions were not condoned, something had to be done. I think the one race suspension and maybe a fine should do it. I think that a review of Freise's race record is required. I think he needs a time out also. He's been warned several times in his racing career.
