Some of you might enjoy this,I should have taken a better picture of the graphics all Powell Peralta inspired.Makes me think a skate inspired gear line would be cool.

As an old school skater of the same era, I do respect Stacy Peralta, but can't say I'm feeling any thing graphic wise going on in that pic.

But then, what do I know?Smile

Still it has the potential to be rather cool.

Her graphics are soooooo cuuute. She just needs some fake rhinestones to outline the pink...

I'd pay good money for Bones graphics on my Honda shrouds. That kit is rad.

He also kicked in a lot of swag for the raffle that day that was held for a 9 year old girl that was just diagnosed with leukemia.

I have a lot, and I mean A LOT, of respect for Stevie Cab. And my respect is not limited to his legendary skateboarding skills.

I got to photograph him for a magazine article back in like '90. He bought me dinner.

Very cool guy for sure, humble and down to earth. I had a few of his boards during my time. I remember skating to the vid store with my buddies to rent the newest bones brigade video (on VHS of course) whenever they were released. My buddies and I all had different boards, one a Lance Mountain, a Tony Hawk, a Mike McGill (invented the Mctwist), a Caballero, a Mullen and the list went on. A new edition board would come out and it was on like donkey kong washing cars on mowing lawns trying to be the first to get one amongst our crew. Crazy how these guys were looked up to and turned out vs the wife beating, drug taking, gun shooting DUI getting athletes/stars of today.

Looks like a 2-stroke header but a 4-stroke exhaust. Must be a 3-stroke.

sdsx 2012...snagged a box with bauer and cab and friends. i think Cab owes me still from the bet we made. He picked Stewart and i picked everybody else. Wink

I think that was the race James was flying thru the whoops but the edge bit him in the ass that night and he was pinned under his bike for a minute or two.

Check out the video Eddy posted in this Powell Peralta thread about a year ago. Watching it was like stepping in a time machine for me.

Hahahahaha thanks for the vote of confidence man, I had a megabomb on my YZ 250F, but I legitimately couldn't tell. The whole chasis and plastic looks like stock CR plastic, so I just assumed it was a 2-stroke header. I just have premix on the brain! Silly

There's one in every thread. Apparently you're the one (and the obvious exception) in this one.

I don't mind being the exception. You see there GUYB I come from a time when men were men and women were women. Men also spoke their minds and that was how society policed itself. I get a kick out of the reaction I get with the new oblivious generation when I'm at the races and I have to bang on someones rockstar level bus at the races and tell them it's 11:00PM and they need to turn their generator off. God forbid little Johnny doesn't get to fall asleep to the TV and Ice cold AC. It is such a shame that society is now built around the "everybody get's a trophy" mentality because god forbid someone get's there feelings hurt.

I met you at the last Day In The Dirt at LACR and you seemed to have a good thing going with this board, but I'll be honest and say that the increase in the level of ignorance an inaccuracy on here often makes my skin crawl. So, being the exception makes me feel good. I am flattered. Here is a pic of only place that pink should be displayed. I also enclosed a pic of my race at that LACR race. I'm racing with two guys that I doubt would also run pink. That #15 guy was quick, but I was able to catch that other guy with a Monster helmet and put a awesome block pass on him. He had a #2 on his Honda and was riding with nothing but full testosterone pumping through his veins. Real men...Do you think Hannah would run pink? And Brocster, there is no way to run pink the "real way" unless it is the way evidenced in the picture.

Just a follow up to my point GUYB. I clicked on the top of the forum and this was the title at the top of the board "Did Bogle's little gost ride stunt bug you?".........Is there really a demand for this? I think my skin just crawled off....yup...being the exception makes me feel GOOD!

Are you are so insecure in your manhood that the color pink makes you uncomfortable?

There was a lot of mangina in that thread. But as for trying to call out Cab for wearing pink? I'll go with what others have said about insecurity, etc.

How about back in the day when Glover was wearing pink? Did you question his masculinity, too?
