SX night show question

Dumb question but I can't find any definitive information as to what time the "show" starts.
Tickets say 7pm.
Is that when opening ceremonies start? Rider intros and such?
I seem to remember there not really being anything going on from the last practice until opening ceremonies.

Open ceremonies start at 7PM, first heat starts around 7:30PM.

The way you're asking things, you seem like this is your first time going to a SX. I recommend watching practice too. It goes from about 12:30 to 5 with some track maintenance in between. You'll see a lot of crashes and guys pushing for a qualifying spot. Plus there's not many people there so you can always get up close to the track and see how big the obstacles really are. TV doesn't do it justice.
