SX dead already? Not a single post of weather, press day, track pictures etc. we got a few pics of the military appreciation stuff but there sure isn't the chatter about the race and the conditions that there was last week. Seems all the hype is around one certain irrelevant thread this past week when there is a showdown about to happen.

I know, I know biblical amounts of rain.

If the race is anything like last weeks, who cares? Sorry bud.

I expect with the rain we had in so cal that the track crew will litter the track with lime again and the dirt won't be nearly as good as it should have been. I believe, if roczen gets another start like last week, he will walk away again. Not too much to get excited about. I already told the family we will have a movie night and I'll watch supercross on Sunday.

I'm pumped. Couldn't make it to San Diego Sx last year because i was traveling for work. This year i'm not missing it. We've had some pretty gnarly rain all week, but i'm sure the dirtwurx crew has it sorted out.

NFL Play Off Weekend maybe? I think it's all social media now as my news feeds blow up on Saturday morning. I think it time you try to stop relying on VitalMX. Also I think people are getting tired of the blow by blow post formats on here, a lot of us are in live chat sessions now.

I have noticed not much excitement because it is sneaking up on the normal San Diego crowd, not the real motoheads. Before it was always around mid feb now it is the 2nd race of the year and that catches the casual fan off guard. I have many buddies that would take their daughters and wifes for valentines day every year, moto gifting at its finest. But not the last few years because of the change in schedule catches them off guard.

It's sunny and dry here today, track will be good.

This race will be exciting because the underachievers from last week will want to do well and the top guys will want to stay up front.
