anyone see @Ronnie_Mac69 hand it looks horrible. Looking at the photo he posted on twitter looks like he'll be at home working on the swelling for a while.

at that point I would just put a salve on it and lightly massage it till the swelling goes down.

I had something similar happen to my toe recently. Was a major PITA figuring out if I should be wearing shoes or sandals. Either way it was going to hurt.
