I was really impressed with Roczen's ability to race the track in front of him, even when Baggett caught and pressured him. No matter how much pressure he was under, he concentrated straight ahead, executed his plan, didn't panic and start trying a bunch of new lines that usually just screw guys up. He rode like a much older, more mature rider in my opinion. He's the real deal, and he's going to be one of the best ever if he just keeps doing what he's doing now. Granted, he had nothing for Barcia, but he rode a beautiful race.

And he really seems to have fun riding. You gotta love the kid.

The Universe paid Roczen back for what happened to him last week or whenever that was when he had it in the bag and they red flagged it on lap 99 or whatever. Awesome! Congrats!

The kid has definately had to grow up fast, straight into the world of GP racing at an extremely early age, going all over the world racing etc,I wonder just how much influence having the right people around him like Everts,Beirer,Van Der Ven etc in Europe and now RogerD?

I'm pumped on this! He's already on his way to becoming one of my favorites, simply because his attitude.

I'm guessing the girl in the photo is his little sister. Super awesome to see he won with his family there.

I really can't wait to see this man rip it up outdoors!

My opinion : I think Barcia has had Kenny's number all year in SX.....but when they go outdoors....I think the roles will be reversed.

Another thought.......I wonder what Kenny is going to be like in 1.5yrs from now when he swaps up to the big bike? That kid has the potential to really do some damage here in the states and run off with a few titles.

Good job last night Kenny.

Remember Jeff, Kenny only had 2 weeks on the bike before the East coast SX started, he was going to race West but had the plate put in his arm/wrist.

Still no one can take anything away from BamBam, he has looked better than ever this year in SX!

Barcia has looked great this year in supercross, but i cant help but think him making so many enemies is supercross will come back to bite him in the ass in the outdoors (when he wont have it all his own way like he has in supercross)

Glad ken has won one, even if it was handed to him- I just wish the supercross would finish now so we can get on with the real racing! (outdoors) - the 250f class is going to be awesome this year!!!! I can't wait!

I love that kid! Sitting here and my face hurts from smiling Smile

and i can pretty much guarantee that it wasnt water in his can on the podium Cool

Damn! just saw how they showed Barcia rode around the track to get in Vincents face. That looked like just racing to me? Barcia didnt know he was that close and Vincent didnt know he was gonna dive to the inside.

Had to dig this thread back up, i ran across this Kenny video from quite awhile back, when he first made the switch to KTM, it has been one of my favorites, this kid is a riot! I would like to see him wear that helmet and goggles for opening ceremonies, maybe for Vegas? HAR!! Cool

Way off topic here, but he started GPs at age 15 right? What is the minimum age to start racing in the GPs? He's got a bright future ahead of him for sure. I can't wait to see Roczen and Wilson battle in the outdoors.

15. He missed the first 4-5 GP's because he was 14. Came in mid in 2009 at Portugal.

Got it. Wow, talk about stepping into the fire right when you're old enough. Impressive.
