Was out on. Ike today riding round no problems came to end of day rode bike for 5 mins pulled over to have chat and all my coolant started coming out of over flow turned engine off and was steaming up so quickly took rad cap off and loads steam come out any one had this problem bike is 2016

If you let any modern 4 stroke sit with the engine on they will overheat. I wouldn't advise taking the cap off when its hot.

That's not a problem and common. You can't let the bike idle for too long or it will boil over. The fix is to get a higher pressure radiator cap but then you might put more strain on the rest of the system. Don't go with the 2.0.....get a 1.4-1.6 radiator cap. I've overheated my crf450 and it caused a leak in the radiator core......boiling over is less of an issue. Let someone else explain but rest assured there is no problem. I would also get a Boyesen Supercolor kit.......very inexpensive and easy to install. It may help keep the coolant moving.

No air flowing thru your radiators when your not moving.
