The step up in the back is helping my grief over the loss of the Chuck Sun jump.

Way behind on pics, stretched with commitments when I got back this am. but hope to have a few more to share soon. May have another up on twitter in a bit, but I need some sleep.

Apparently those people forgot about Guy Cooper whipping his huge Husaberg back in the mid 90s.

I have been asking about this for a little while now........How come NOBODY does any celebratory whips in either class when they are winning, all we get now is a fist pump, RC used to get upside down on an archaic RMZ 450 (compared to todays bike) I cant understand why neither of the Ryans do any crowd pleasing whips in SX or MX hell, for that matter neither do any of the 250f riders ..... I tweeted Roczen about this and he said that the jumps dont allow them to do whips anymore and the ruts make it too hard, yet they are all whipping it out on press day and practice ...... then I got bladed by someone asking me if I could do one after 35mins moto at full tilt boogie, again I responded with Reed, RC, and JS7 never seemed to have a problem doing them just a couple years ago now it has all stopped.....wtf?

Fist pumps are boring and useless......I miss the days riders riders celebrated a win with some showboating

Thanks, and good to see Nealio here!

On the last post, this particular jump invites playing, it looks like a mini version of that one at Unadilla. Not all do, and some tracks lack it altogether. Not all the 450 guys do, and most dont. Stewart never uncorked one here. Grant is usually good for a couple of big ones, he probably gets as wrong side up as anyone, and Barcia does as well. Reed kicked in a good one as well. The 250 guys were a little more generous. There were a half dozen people shooting around there so you'll see plenty. But that was all practice. As far as why it doesn't happen in races, it's not going to happen if the race is relatively close, and if there is only one jump that really invites it, fewer still. Guys are going to keep sir head down.

RC was 30 seconds plus up on people. It does make a difference.

This post deserves to be ahead of the multiple Alessi meltdown threads for a few seconds.

Hope to have some more pics up later tonight, but more important, how's Nealio? When last we heard from you Aaron, you were still recovering from some ridiculously brutal injuries. Hope you're well, friend, always good to hear from the original cast.

We watched the whole second 250 moto from this jump. The parade lap wasn't as fun as I heard the first moto was, but there were some good whips and scrubs during the actual moto. What was funny is the guy that was absolutely, hands down, consistently throwing it sideways into upside down every lap was the guy 30 seconds out front on a Geico Honda Cool
