Reeds net worth 60million usd. JS7 & RC 20 million usd

I read that Chad Reed has a net worth of 60million. And that JS7 and RC "only" have about 20-25million. I thought that RC and JS7 had made more money than anyone in motocross.
Does Reed have some other business outside motocross?

JS has pissed away more money than Reed will ever make.....


Of course I have no facts to back that up, but the Stewie compound sure likes to spend that money. Big James stated they had 20 plus people on staff??

Not sure how accurate this site is but it says he´s worth 60 here aswell.

And yes, JS have spent alot of money but so has Reed. Reeds house/compound is just as impressive as JS´s

Reed seems like a businessman to me and he could have done good investments outside motocross. The 60million can not come from racing alone.

I think he made lot of his money early in his sx career , when sx was booming.
So i guess he invested well in 2004 he would be well off now.

You guys are forgetting CR22 owning twotwo motorsports. Regardless of what he spends on it, it he still owns it and it would contribute to his net worth. Net worth doesn't mean what he has in his account

Forget about 60 million. RC made/has the most of anyone and it's 1/3 of that. Whoever said 60 is high, drunk or possibly both.

I heard he invested in a lot of land/ real estate down under early in his career. He was #2 sports earner down under behind the well known golfer along time ago.

Okay, so 60mil....... assuming he gets a modest 5% return on that money(shouldn't be a problem with that kind of $$$) and also assuming he pays 50% tax on the interest(he can write off a ton of expenses) that means he gets a check for "roughly" 30 thousand dollars each and every week.......................... and he never even has to touch the 60mil.

My guess is that if he really had 60 million, he would have gone car racing a couple of years ago. Per normal, JT$ is on the money.

Yes RC has made more than anyone in motocross and has obviously made more than Reed when racing. But its possible that he made more money outside of motocross by investing in real estate and other businesses.

Haha.. The guys like RC, JS, CR, KW etc all made millions as they were in the mid-2000's boom. Dungey and RV are the highest earners now but Roczen might top that list soon. RC saved all of his money for the most part and is enjoying that decision now. He would be the wealthiest from what I know.

No but there are other ways of estimating wealth. Land records are public, percentages of ownership in certain non traded corporations (if you have enough to be part of the controlling ownership). Many wealthy people buy property with bank money and thus have to list assests which may leak out. there is plenty of information out there to estimate worth. If you own more than a certain percentage of public traded company.
