I was doing a Google search for something for work and ran across this lawyer add. Chad Reed has commented in every interview about his issues with L&M Racing still continues and that the litigation is still going on. But according to this information the case has been over since January 1, 2009. That is almost 3 years ago.
In arbitration, once the judge makes his decision on the outcome of a case, there are no appeals and neither party are allowed to file again. One Case, One Judgement and It's Over!.
Why would Chad Reed not tell the truth about this case still pending? Unless he wasn't happy with the outcome. Seems like these top riders just say what they want to say in interviews or what they think people want to hear, no matter if it's the truth or not!

Pourcel and Josh Grant have already signed and will be teammates next year. I love both those guys and we will win a Supercross Championship next year. Neither rider wants to race Motocross anymore, so this will be the perfect team for them.

All I remember hearing is that Larry and the team (L&M take your pick ) opted out on paying Chad something like $750,000.00 because he rode another manafactures bike. I respect larry a lot for his accomplishments in this sport , even though I don't agree with the SX only type contracts.....but it is what it is.

BUT.....what i will say is.....if you owe a rider $750,000.00 because of something stupid like that......I can not see why you haven't been black balled from this sport entirely. Again.....I respect him for what he has done.....but "That".....is one fucked up thing to do to a person , I don't care who you are.

Honestly.......how could anyone feel safe riding for that team after something like that? You just look at another bike.....what?.....do you get a $100,000.00 fine?
