That's a big hit!
I could have been talked or paid into jumping up that, but no way I would jump off that sucker...
TP199 has A LOT of risk in it as well though. What if he is knocked out underwater? What if he lands in the side of it think of the impact and G's there on the body, plus the water part...
Even if he lands perfectly the brakes could fail from the impact or loose a wheel or axle who knows...
BTW, what is the water temp like out there right now? 60's?
The Shop
I would do that car jump repeatedly, under the influence of non-prescribed medication
and ten imported lagers, with my mother-in-law in the backseat and
angry rap music blaring for weeks on end - before I'd even think of doing the
Robbie MADison bike jump on and off the Frenchie Vegas ARC.
TP's jump is a little crazy, Maddo's was severe LUNACY.
And so, it is written.

Good luck tonight Travis !
And I'm the opposite as everyone else on maddo's jump, I'd MUCH rather do the jump down than up.
*I think it was in one of the ESPN Travis interviews he explained it, and he was surprised they picked his this year.
Pit Row
on topic... there's no way i'd jump up or down that maddo jump.... nor would i ever be caught dead in that rally car jumping from land to barge.
Local paper reports "sharks" as a danger if he does crash off the ramp LOL .
Fire department stated on the local news, it will only take 30 seconds to retrieve him if he does plunge in the shark infested bay .
I just can't watch for the simple fact...
If the sharks eat the firefighters then nobody is available to save Travis.
current world record is 171 feet
I'd rather be sat at home in front of the fire with a can of beer in my hand and ten in my tummy.. which is what I'll be doing.
