The Shop
I understand that Canadian's want their boy to win, but announcers/journalists are supposed to at least fake being non bias.
Now, I want to know, who and the hell sent Alessi to the line with a loose grip. Jesus, they've already fired 3/4 of that team..
ChrisB, you sure they're not just talking about you? Generally speaking I don't hear much of what you are referring to up here. Sounds like a personal problem.
I get a similar feeling listening to Paul Malin's bias during MXoN, but that race is designed to bring out your patriotic side. Not to mention, Paul was actually on team GBR when they stopped the Americans dominance. So because of that I give him some slack. He also is not nearly at blatant as those Canadian jokers I listened to today.
Pit Row
I'd like to see CF get it.On the other hand,I was watching the coverage of the Calgary round today and MA looked way smooth and fast.He looked to have an extra gear on everyone else.Wow.Can't wait to see it live in Riverglade in a couple weeks. BTW,there was no bias in the Calgary broadcast I noticed-just the opposite really.Maybe they've changed as the series goes on-or maybe they're more politically correct when they voice over the tv coverage.Hopefully they'll correct that for the next round.
(We've also got a sarcastic streak...)
I love my country, I also love the US. We've got it good being neighbours.
