Anyone else hear Ralphs Ron Burgundy moment when he was talking about Wilson tied for with Chad in the championship and "Chad has dropped like a rock in this race uh and thats because he's been Black Flagged" haha

He had a bad night. There were so many...

Probably under the weather or something else going on last night.

That being said..... The guy is a gamer and the ultimate professional. If last night was his worse night ever, (and in my opinion compared to his regular performances it was) he did a good job for a "off" night.

I laughed pretty hard at that comment. Ralph said something then instantly realized his mistake lol. Always good times when Ralph is in the booth.

Ralph has made a few comments this season that seem to indicate that he is actually understanding what is going on. He made a comment about a rider's line choice and another rider's pass setup or something. Can't recall exactly. He still has his announcing flubs, but his commentating has improved so far this season.

...as the series moves on to Oakland. For Ricky Carmichael and Jeff Emig, I'm Ralph Sheheen?

Every year someone bags on Ralph so hard. I think hes improved a ton since he started and I think that most of his mess ups come from being so excited he doesnt have time to think it out. You have to admit hes pretty pumped most of the time.

I think my favorite is "all the battles that Roczen and Tomac had together during their amateur careers". I am used to him calling riders the wrong names...that's a given, and doesn't even phase me anymore.

Yeah I caught that one and was waiting for Emig to say something but silence.
Not a fan of Ralph and I don't think he is getting any better than he ever was.

Also he mixed Millsaps and Grant up, and which position they were in also. But I like Ralph, I wouldn't want him replaced unless it was Weege.

Ralph has a good announcing voice. The excitement and tone he uses in his voice is awesome when someone makes a pass or some crashes......."AND STEWART DOES DOWN!!" Butttt other times he cuts Emig off too much and just flat out doesnt know what he's talking about but overall I like him.
