as i heard him state over and over again about roczens "bold statements" i couldn't help but want to turn my volume off. this guy is always mixing up riders, stating the obvious and cutting jeff off. i know he has credentials but am i the only one that finds this guy annoying ?

Ralph does a great job and he's one of us. The way people hate on him you would think he was on some BLM committee in charge of closing down riding areas.

These threads are so played out. They are up their with the 2t vs 4t and the Stewart brothers threads. Enough already.

Nope, its not just you. Type his name in the search bar, and there is no shortage of information. Like 10 pages of it, as it has been discussed ad nauseam for years. The threads all say the same thing, by the same usual suspects, over and over

Personally, I like Ralph.

That woman who was reading off cards at a desk was just absolutely awful. She fucked up mid sentence one time and was downhill there after. Could not look into the camera and talk, had to keep looking down at her cards. Very amateur.

Huffman was way more entertaining than Ralph. Get 'Ping' in the booth. Or DV12 and the Pulp MX guy. Or bring back David Bailey.

Yeah I like Ralph, I would love to hear what he would say if Feld and ME allow him to speak his mind! He always has some good thoughts about the sport.

jmo , But i think Ralph does a terrible job . I think he seems like a great likable guy who cares alot about the sport and does his very best . But he is no good at his job .

Ralph is awesome. He has flashes of humor in there too. Him and Emig work well together, seems like they have fun. I wouldn't change a single reporter. The Taft nut slap is even a nice end to rider interviews.

I like Ralph. Professional and a super nice guy who loves the sport. Nothing to complain about here. Art Eckman will always be my favorite SX announcer but Ralph is fine by me.

Folks should consider that many people watching and listening to the race are casual fans and not fanatics like us. I would suggest that Ralph, Jeff, and Jenny are just fine with them - not intimidating but helpful.

Plus, he is a Chico State grad!

I remember Ralph announcing swamp buggy racing and destruction derby on TNN. He is a pro and is good at his job. SX is lucky to have him. Sure an ex pro color man is good for input, but there has to be a professional announcer in the booth. He is the one.

I remember seeing a video of him standing before congress to address legislation that could have potentially had a huge negative impact on motorsports as a whole. That takes serious guts to do, not to mention commitment, he's all good in my book.

I fucking hate Ralph.

Cant wait for this clown to move on. But sadly, he's here to stay. He's got paid gigs throughout the industry. They love him.

I remember the last dealer show I went too, guess who was paid to be the host? You guessed it, Ralph. He's as bad in that forum as he is announcing races.
