says it was built in '12. Previous sales might have just been site sales.

What's the problem here? It's only $20k/month mortgage payment. Add in property tax and it's a smooth $22k/month. After all, it's CdM---home of the assholes!

CdM=Corona del Mar for you pikers.....

Easier said then done overhead to underground is pricey and does come out of the customers pocket but if you could afford a 4.2 mill house what's a 6 figure powerline relocate job lol

I live about 2 miles from there. Its already done. There aren't any overhead power poles there, it's all underground.

"it's CdM---home of the assholes!" - Mini Elsinore................That would be like me saying that Huntington Beach is home of the skinheads. That isn't right!

edit: I see there are power lines in the other pic. Rare for Newport Beach/CDM area. most everything IS underground here.

i would guess he's fleeing to more fiscally sound territory...where there is plenty of game to hunt and no "bullet" bans.

You would be surprised how much overhead there is in areas like this it comes down to money and who is going to pony it up I'm a lineman for So Cal Edison. I've seen areas that are underground that come back overhead for two spans of wire and back under because someone didn't want to pay for it lol

Check out his place in Murrieta. It's a bit more affordable and has a Supercross track out back. 25740 Mountain Park Dr.

Looks to me like a "that's a wrap" on my S. Cal living near the ocean.

And if he's selling the other house (mentioned above) with the track in the back yard where his dad was he's gone from California.

Think of what he can buy in Washington State with the $ from these sales.

You know... good for him. He's done what he set out to do and is headed home with to where he's from. Can't blame the guy at all. Smart move actually if he invests smartly.

Both houses are being sold with all of the furnishings included, so I'd say you are correct, the man is washing his hands of California.

Whatever happened to his house with the private track in Socal that he bought from Ronron? I remember that track was basically in the middle of a neighbourhood which is why he had a bunch of restrictions on when he could ride.

Haha..4.2 million and having people walking by your private sitting area...they can keep the weather...and drought.

RV's sat on all of those toilets! Woohoo Well maybe not recently Wink

Jokes aside who ever picks up either one of these is lucky, extremely lucky if they're a moto fan and they get ahold of the Murrieta one. How far are each of these from the SoCal tracks he would've most usually practiced at?
