The SC/NC Moto community lost a great friend last Wednesday. Barbara Perrish was the owner of TNT in Chester SC. She ran mini only races for the 50cc-85cc riders on Sat mornings.

Barbara Parrish's funeral has been scheduled for Sunday October 11th at 3pm at TNT Motorsports Park.

The service based on Barbara's wishes will be held in the open area between the kids track and the snack shack. The funeral home will be setting up some tents and chairs, however, because we do not fully know how many people will show up, we ask that you bring a few chairs if you can.

Also, Barbara asked that people wear what ever they would like and feel free to bring your kids. She loved your kids!

They should name the mini track the Barbara Parrish youth motocross track(or something like that) in her honor.

RIP Barbara!

I've been riding at TNT for about 17 years, so I'm very proud to say I knew Barbara well. TNT was so much more than a business to her. It was her life. May you rest in peace, Miss Barbara.

Very sad to hear that she has passed.

I was a member of TnT for some years. She was initially skeptical of me as a Yankee when I first met her when I was living in SC.

We got over that pretty quick and always had fun talking over the years. She was a tough lady, but loved her facility and those that came to enjoy it. She suffered no fools!

I remember a time when one of her beloved dogs was shot with an arrow by some a'hole hunter and she nursed that dog back to health. She told me that if she ever could find the person that did that to her dog, she would repay it times 5. I never doubted her resolve on that proclamation.

Tough gal, but fair. She will be missed for sure. Godspeed Barb.
