Looks like a decent bike with some nice parts, but it no way shape or form associated with RC. They made RC replica RM250s and RMZ450s in 06-07, and that bike isn't even a replica. Price is outrageous.

Bor.....Look closely at the powervalve cover and youll notice the RC4 cover which is identical to the cover RC ran on his 2 strokes I highly doubt someone would go to all that trouble to fake a bike like that. It may not be a factory bike BUT i'd be willing o bet that bike is assciated with RC and instead of factory engine stuff it had a high end PC build for RC not to mention why would someone go out of their way to add B kit suspension and this isnt a RC Replica youd but at the dealer when they were selling them....this is much different and more true to a bike RC would ride ....not just a stock bike with different graphics and gold rims.....HJell look at the linkage too......maaaaaan if I had 6500 Id buy that in a heartbeat

I know the seller never says its RC's, but definitely trying to make it look like it. RC never raced a 2 stroke after 05 (edit....in a supercross or a national MX), he did race one in 05. They did build some 250 2strokes and put rc's sticker kits on them. That is not a factory RC race bike from 2007, at least not if its a 250 2 stroke. Could be someone affiliated with Suzuki though, or someone that bought it from one of the guys that worked at Suzuki back then...but a 2007 works 250 2stroke seems wired. I bought an 04 'factory' rm 250 bike from my buddy at suzuki with some really trick stuff on it... Hamblins mechanic...who was also later RC's practice bike mechanic. This one actually looks eerily similar to one of the bikes my buddy built and sold around in 2005. I do know for a fact, there were a few of these sold directly from the guys at the Suzuki race shop around 04,05,06 that look just like this one. Not sure what that sticker is under the back fender that ends in the number 5 though....

Red Bud 2 Stroke National

Not saying it's that bike, by any means, but it just shows that RC rode a two stroke after 05 SX.

In my eyes that is 100% a legitimate RC bike.

The finish of the carbon on the disk guard alone says it's something special. Unless someone made it themselves, that speaks factory. The the pro circuit pipe and silencer, of which I am yet see a PC exhaust like that for sale to the public like that. The shortened linkage is another key part, that has Factory, but more importantly RC written all over it.

Then you have the powervalve cover. That alone is worth $$$$ People saying "nowhere does it say RC" evidently have no attention to detail. The listing doesn't say it, but to not notice that? A one of piece like that cost an awful lot of money. Unless you're a CAD expert with access to a CNC mill, who'd only make as a one off for themself, it's a factory jobby.

So, this is a Carmichael bike. Graphics and seat cover are all that wrong and it wouldn't be hard to replace those to the '05 Makita graphics.. Done!

showa A kit forks...anyone can buy them. is it a stock shock? but there are some parts on this that you cant buy, like the carbon fibe silencer, and linkage. It could be that someone with access to works parts got this stuff as Suzuki didn't need it anymore after going to 4 strokes. $6500 not cheap, but still, If you are looking for a trick 2 stroke, this is it

Price is outrageous compared to what? $6500.00 will only get your 250F cylinder head tricked out at Pro-Circuit. Now that is outrageous....Wink
