Sending out a big Thank You to the folks at RAD Wheels! Great group that exceeded my expectations when I bought a complete set of wheels for my 08 Suzuki RM250 build.
I had ordered the "RAD Signature & D.I.D DirtStar Wheel Kit online with black rims and magnesium colored hubs and spoke nipples. They emailed me to let me know that they did not have a set of the magnesium signature hubs in stock but did have the "Eagle Series Lightweight Hubs" in stock and would provide them to me at the same cost as lower priced Signature Series allowing for not only the cost savings but the saving in wait time as the other hubs were two weeks out.
If you are looking for wheels, hubs or rims I would definitely give them a shot to earn your business as i am glad that I did. The wheels turned out great and I was ultra happy with their customer service and attention to detail with the product.
Time to finish this project...

DirtStar ST-X (super strong, but weighs the same as Excel Takasago and A60 Rims)
DirtStar LT-X (lightweight)
Above are details that I found on the D.I.D. rims, I have used these and the Excels for many years with great results and trouble free.

I put a set on a bike for the X-Games, last yr. You know those green hub'd RADs you've seen on my current KXF/PC test bike...you know the one that just did 4 Days of the Baja Beach Bash?
Those are the RADs from the X-Games...Last Year!
I've been beating the hell outta them since last October! That's after Todd got a Silver Medal in Adaptive X with them. You got ANY idea how "wrong" they're treated in Baja?
This all started with me trying out a set of their "Standard" wheels on my SCORE/Baja pre-runner: nothing beats up wheels like "pre-running"...nothing.
RAD. St. George, Utah.
I'm jus' sayin'...
And RAD hubs are made in St. George, UT
I've had two sets of RAD MFG wheels, very good group of people of there. Great service and product. I have a complete wheelset of their "hex" hubs and their lightweight hubs, one on an 04 YZ450 and the other on a 06 YZ450.
Turns out Dubya is about 2 miles from my house and they offered me some rider support. Also some great people over there so I went with Dubya this time or it would have 100% been RAD all the way.
First time using the DID's, always used the A60s in the past, so far they're great. Only had to tighten them up after the first moto.
Congrats!
The boys around here- they take their bike-porn seriously.
Picked the wrong picture, btw!
I love the red on black Xeno. That's how I'm going to go. That bike looks clean.
Pit Row
Though, he does share: a lot of the pictures he posts are if JCR bikes that're for sale.
Did you use marker on those tires? Looks Good King!
No, they never faded, great quality anodize.
And langham: that's a whole pay check just for two hubs.... I couldn't justify that.
