I agree that the X-Games should have a trial. If they could pull the top guys from Europe, it would make a fantastic show. Or, I wish the Endurocross promoters could combine EX with an indoor trials series, like some of the events overseas. The national trials series isn't really promoted worth a crap, so I'd just like to see something done to give the sport of trials the attention it deserves. I love riding moto, but riding trials is the most fun I've ever had on a motorcycle.

If you ever get a chance to attend a world trial event DO IT!!!! it is mind blowing. Prepare to be shopping for a trials bike afterwards, to.

Here in the US, things are sometimes on a nitwit level.

We ride 40HP 680 pound harleys because the TV says its cool, watch tedious stick and ball sports and maybe a few cars going in circles over and over and over.... Cool shit like trials is hardly known. This should change in the future...I hope

I'll never understand why the activities you mentioned are as big as they are. I wish it would change in the future, but I think we are screwed!

I couldn't make the last World Round in TN. I wish I had. I ride all the nationals, and seeing what the pros here do is incredible. I can't imagine what watching the top euros in person would be like.

In many parts of the US, offroad race courses are aimed towards the lower level riders, since the lower classes have the biggest turnout. Maybe I'm just starting to get old, opinionated and cranky, but I don't remember it always being like this... It seems like people used to want to advance from the C class and ride the harder stuff. Nowadays there has to be a million classes so everyone can get a trophy to show off to their non-riding buddies.
