There is a little Mexican food place called Aldebertos (I think that's the spelling) on Point Loma that has the best deep fried shredded beef tacos. Its right across from the old 32nd street Naval Base.

Love San Diego.

I lived on Alberto's 3 rolled tacos with sourcream and gaucomoly for 1.99 back in 87-89. Good stuff Rup. I wish I lived there again.

Thanks RUP! I loved San Diego when I went with my family in H.S. I hope you went on the USS Midway, that was fuckin awesome. Making me feel like I'm there! These pics have made me remember how much I love that area, I think I'm gonna try and make San Diego SX a part of my 2015.

There are a bunch of little Mexican joints that all end in -bertos (Robertos, Albertos, Adelbertos, Juanbertos, etc.) throughout San Diego, and they're all beyond fantastic. God I miss real Mexican food.
