A little blurry, its a screen shot off my phone. But this is the only shot I've ever seen of me mid crash. Was at Lake Whitney in '05. Crashed in the first turn and made it to the last qualifying spot on the last lap, then hit a good sized kicker going back in to the woods. It was a good time.

Nah...I had a pretty serious concussion (and some broken ribs) from that crash, so much so that I didn't remember where I was or how I got there (which is pretty scary when you're in the middle of the desert)...so I had no idea what even happened until I watched this footage the first time.

Anyway, I've played it back in slow motion, and there is a bowling ball sized rock that I hit.

Few years back. 450A at a pro am with about 30 riders on the gate. I had the holeshot but got hit hard by someone on the inside of me causing us both to need an airlift. I ended up having seisures while medics were attending, ended up being flown to a good neuro hospital where they found a brain bleed. They watched over me for a couple days and luckily the bleed went away on its own and surgery wasnt needed Smile . Im just glad i dont remember it.
