Anybody know what year Travis Pastrana's RM250's are? Does he only buy certain years or does it not matter?

I think Suzuki mentioned something to him about running out of certain parts now...

Gotta wonder if he'll have to make a move, reluctancy or not, to a different brand at some point. His fleet is getting close to a decade old and he's barely 30, he's got a lot of years of riding left in him.

Think he's 33 this year.

2004-2008 Suzukis are interchangeable for the most part. Plus he has Jeff Cernic who sells more Suzooks than God. Travis is about as connected as you get.

I still have my '04 RM250. It's a very simple bike to keep running at performance-level.

Tyler, according to your Avatar, you're in Australia ( white, Aussie Holden with Aussie registration in the background). What's your obsession with Texas?

It's a forum joke that has gone on far too long.

Does the power delivery feel the same on the '04's as the rest?

Soooo.... about those valveless yellow bikes...

Honestly, wouldn't surprise me if an electric bike company pays him enough cheddar to market their brand. Getting major ambassadors of the sport on board with the plug-in stuff will be a critical for the growth of that niche (which as much as it kills me to say, is not a matter of if, but when)

The only Honda I know of that he ever had was his peewee bike.

Travis is 32. In Pastrana years, that's mid-50s.

I'm honestly shocked he's still riding today.

The yellow bikes have a valve.

Pretty sure the loan bike for the foam bit was a CR250. I've seen him ride a KTM a few times, although very briefly.

Think about it, for his purposes an RM250 is fine. I'm surprised he hasn't switched to KTM but he is a very loyal person especially to Cernics.

I saw a clip of him riding a KTM a very short distance through a boulder field in some off road documentary years ago. Even though it wasn't his (he was helping somebody), and he barely rode it, it was still super weird to see him on another brand

I've always suspected that TP was/is the gay Suzuki rider.
