That's really good to know Jeff, I didn't think any pro would eat that type of diet.. My question then is why on your web-site is there a product for sale "Zero pump system" (which i bought btw) that lists a diet that includes all those items. When i received the diet I thought there is no way the pros eat like this.I guess I just assumed since it was on your web-site that you endorsed this product?
Good question. I'd like to know who wrote all the crap on there in my bio to. Last time I read it it gave me the...
Good question. I'd like to know who wrote all the crap on there in my bio to. Last time I read it it gave me the vibe someone who really doesn't like me wrote it. /:
Jeff are you riding here this year or only doing the overseas deal?

Wow this thread got good in a hurry. First off most of you have no idea what the fuck you are talking about. Second off, Dungey is self trained. Who is the chemist teaching him what steroroids he should or should not be taking? 3rd have you ever talked to Ryan Dungey in person? Cheater is not something that will come to mind after a conversation with him. Do I believe that he uses legal supplements to aid in recovery, muscle building, stamina, etc? Yes, I know he is. Is he taking stereroids or blood doping? Fuck no.

I cant say about Villo, Alessi, Reed, Stewie, etc. But I do know that in motocross if you cant beat someone, they must be cheating or using PED's. It could not possibly be that they are working harder and are just plain better....
Whats funny is that your accusations are likely as misguided as many of the others in this thread.....just in the opposite direction. I'm not accusing Ryan or anyone else, but you have a lot to learn if you are basing your opinions of people simply on casual conversations. Its very likely that if you were his best friend you would not know if he was taking anything or not.

Again, not accusing anyone of anything, but remove your homer glasses and read what you wrote.

Point taken, Read it again. Still stand behind what I said 100%. And for those of you that cant comprehend what I am telling you. Well then I agree to disagree. I for sure agree that there are people doing things that they shouldnt be. I still stand behind my statement that the Dunge is not one of them....

So what in your diet did you find to be causing your arm pump?

Honestly....I don't know exactly what "helped"....as I still get it extremely bad for like the first 6 weeks or so after a lay off. Some of it is nerves as well I guess , but back in the day....I couldn't ever get rid of it. I know I grip the bars to tight....but it's just the way I ride. It's something I just have to live with....BUT.....after I came back into riding a couple years ago I trained a little differently than what I used to. Not just in the gym , but on the way I ride and practice as well. I hit my cardio as best as I can , but I suffer from asthma so it makes it tough....but I enjoy it.

This is the weird thing.......when I get on a total health kick and watch everything I eat....my stamina sucks as far as riding goes. When I eat pretty much "everything".........I feel better on the bike and off. So.....what ever crappy food gives me....it seems to work hehe.

That is interesting because i bought that arm pump cure diet that is on Alessi's web site and the food he suggests is mostly food i would never eat. Lots of fatty type foods. I tried it for a couple weeks and it seemed to work but the diet would end up killing me
Anabolic type? If you wanna know more about yourself and what makes you 100%.

This was written by someone from the college football world who's opinion I trust highly:

At the professional or collegiate level. Golfers. Bowlers. Swimmers. Tennis players. Let alone the baseball, football and basketball players. Girls and the boys. Every sport is dominated by PED use. Has been for the past decade. We aren't going backwards. It's not always about physical change either, although it's very noticeable. A lot of times it's about recovery from strain, as well as getting physically superior.

To think that our sport would be any different is naive at best.

During the RC days I was told by someone who really knows this sport and knew every rider personally in one way or another (interviewing them, friends with them, went riding with them, etc) That he knew for a fact at that time all the top 10 guys were using some form of PED. If anyone can dig up a picture of Chad Reed during his Suzuki days and you can see the forehead of a PED user. He no longer has that same forehead.

I call bullshit. Trot out those forehead measurements and get back to us.

Didn't find a pic of him in the same angle as the first one without his cap. But I figure you are refering to the part right above the eyebrows anyways?

I'm not implying anything by posting these photos, it's just interesting to see how riders have changed in a few years.

People are looking at a picture of someone's head where god knows what could've caused the bump and claiming he must be on PED's? Really?

It shouldn't be that amazing or interesting that kids in their 20's still have some development going on.

Sorry, it's metabolic type...Too much steroid talk and i lost my words, haha.
There is no doubt the juice is in full effect in our sport, and it has been for a long time! It just becomes a personal choice if you want to take part.

LOL, are you saying his forehead just grew back to what it once was? Broscience - it`s a dangerous thing. But I guess you insider friend is a specialist doctor who can tell just by looking at peoples foreheads...?

I hope Reed doesn`t see this

Ahhhh.. I have NO personal evidence of ANY rider using any form of PED, It is only my belief. Seems to be a big back and forth battle on here. Unless someone comes up with proof or someone admits it, I guess we will never know.

Wearing a football helmet reshapes your skull? Not saying you ever used but I think it's a pretty safe bet Clay Matthews as well as 95 % of the NFL uses HGH. It's one of those cans of worms they really are hesitant to open imo. But sorry, off subject, this thread was about MXers.

I've been waiting for this info for a couple days, everything else is just blah-blah.
