OT-Leo Vince On DR650 too LOUD

Need to quiet down a Leo Vince silencer on a older Suzuki DR650. Have been looking, no luck. Anybody?

Well...that is an idea. The weight is an issue though.

I had a machinist friend make me a quiet insert for my FMF. Handed him the SA that come with the pipe to go off of and told him the $35 quiet insert from FMF has a 1 1/8" outlet. 30 minutes later my bike was much quieter.

I may have a Leo insert from my yz 250f system. I don't know if the core dimensions are the same, but it's yours if it fits... and I can find it, lol

Sure it has the right insert for low noise use - there may have been a supermoto option? Just thinking. I haven't called them for a number of years, but the people in the states were really helpful and responsive back when I had questions. Had the quiet version on my 525 and it was about the quietest option out there at the time.
