Turn oven on to 400F, jump in and cover up until brown, then stew in own jucies...

I ended up cooking and carving our turkey. I had to put my stretchy pants on after dinner. Happy Thanksgiving all!

Happy turkey day to all of you..I am sooo thankful for all my extended MX family!!

And really void...I figured there was no point in getting out of the pajamas today....just cook, eat, and be comfy!! But now i am taking the kiddos ona road trip to OKIE land...woooohooo for me! Spending the weekend at my bros new track!

I have used this the past 2 years and everyone loves it. 10 minutes a pound and comes our juicy on inside, brown on outside. We used to fry it in peanut oil. This is so much better.
