Start by peeling off the paper on the back. Then stick on plastic parts.

I need help cutting them to fit. Its just a generic sheet of black. any tips for that.

Put it over the plastics and trace the outline of the plates.. The cut where you traced..

Just like I said but once you get them on take a razor blade and trim around the edges.
