Only $10 for all 2024 SX, MX, and SMX series (regularly $30).
This comes from Kawasaki Europe.
I'm waiting for an official press release from the Japanese head quarters.
The Shop
That should really help clear up once and for all which series has the fastest riders and show if Euro or American riders are faster LOL.
There are a bunch of other confirmations in there, too. The Monster Energy Kawasaki roster of Davi Millsaps and Wil Hahn, and the whole Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki team, too.
If he wins. Where do you place him all time, worldwide?
I can't believe that we'll actually have an American top contender over there racing for the GP MX1 title. Pretty damn awesome.
That is the one true thing that RC and MC ever did.....run for a world title.
Pit Row
RV's move to MXGP is bigger than huge. Only thing would get me as revved up would be if the Trans Ams were reborn and the suggestion "rub a lamp" applies to the likelihood of that happening.
im waitin for the mail, with a STAMP on IT.
Personally I think Ryan will do very well, but adapting to new tracks, race day schedules will be challenging and there's still a question mark over his recovery from knee surgery, plus as last weekend's MXDN only underlined, the top GP riders are on a par with the fastest in America.
I do think the GPs sucks balls in most ways compared to the AMA series. The ways that matter. The purses, the entry fees, the cost to hold the events, the costs to teams and the tv... All that can suck a fat one. Giuseppe too. Oh and dont forget mx-large. That blows more than kings cross' finest.
But if I'm a rider, and I can get top 5-10 in supercross without killing myself, and can fuckin kill it outdoors, I'm knocking down doors for an American ride, because the competition, the lifestyle, the pay, the tracks, the crowds, the connections, the publicity and the scene.
The only thing the GPs have got going for them in terms of a series is a purple patch of talent and widely varying track surfaces– which I'm definitely in favour of, and rabid fans! If you love different cultures, that's a plus too, for many Americans that might not be.
So there is a huge difference between claiming which is the best series and who has the best riders.
Right now, RV has more than proven he's the guy in the American scene, and at each MXDN he's indicated he is in the world. This is his chance to stamp it and drop the mic.
Post a reply to: Now it's official-official. RV to GPs.
