Notable places of motocross in Socal

I'm writing a story about notable places of motocross in SoCal and I wonder if some of you guys could help. The article will have a Indina Jones style general map with all kinds of MX related places. In addition to tracks (regular and SX test tracks), stadiums and companies (PC, TLD, Chaparral, Oakley) I would like to have some other places like where some stars live / used to live (no exact address needed...), team shops, the restaurants where riders usually hang out (Olive Garden?), where was the infamous Club Rubber (somewhere in Huntington Beach) etc. So fellow Vitards please share the little you got? Railroad Canyon in Elsinore (Testing)
Beumont (Freeride)
Glamis (Thanksgiving Weekend)
Ocotillo Wells (Freeride)
Orange "Y" BMX
Oakley (Foothill Ranch) Also very close to an old SX practice track many pro's visited in the early 90's

Wahoo's is a fish taco fast food chain store. It is in about 5 different states. It has some moto investors and lots of moto paraphernalia. Good taco's too.
