A familiar story. I have been stuck here, in the mid-west, for over 35 years. Get the fug out while you can!
See you at Merwin MX, come warm weather. You can at least come and spectate. Also, visit Donnell's Cycles and Motorcycle Closeouts, for a couple of good shops to drool in.Laughing

Long time lurker, first time poster.

About me- Southern Cal. local now residing in Kansas City. Grew up racing @ Barona Oaks, Perris, and De Anza in the 1980's. Ocitillo Wells was practically a 2nd home. Unfortunately, a lack of finances has prevented me from throwing a leg over a motorcycle in nearly twenty years, yet I still follow every race and event as closely as I can
. I currently own a painting company in KS, and am hoping to buy a bike this year. I love everything sx/mx, baja, off-road, etc.!!

If you have to ask: Jay-Z vs. SX then maybe you don't have your priorities straight! lol

I'm a painting contractor, too, and if I didn't already have a bike, I sure as shit couldn't buy one right now.

Hope things are better in Kansas, Dorothy.

Welcome aboard.

Pretty nice track, lots of saw dust due to rocky hard terrain of southern Missouri, gets deep and rough though. The owner works very hard at having a good track and running a good program on race day. He is having an open practice this sunday also from 11-4. If you want to hit a race a little closer Round 1 of the AMA D-18 Series is also on March 6-7 at Finger Lakes in Columbia, Missouri. The track in Columbia has had a lot of work done to it the last couple of years.

I find it ironically funny how someone can come in and be a professed "long time lurker" when they CLEARLY don't know the biggest unwritten rule about joining this forum... Don't announce your arrival! And of course, STFU noob.

You're too new to say STFU.

You know what Coors Light and making love in a canoe have in common?

They're both fucking close to water.

Now STFU and grab a REAL beer.

BTW, you can't really go by the joined date.

Some of us were on the "Mean Board" for years before we got folded in to this PC forum.

Maybe it is, now that Dave's wearing a choke chain.

A year ago, you and "Just_Wishing" would have run back to RonRon with your tails between your legs.

Coors Light?

At least Motogeezer has better taste.

Real men make their own beer.

I brew my own once in a while for fun.

Used to do it all the time.

I figured out years ago that it cost almost as much for the ingredients to make a good four gallon yield as I pay for the same amount of good beer made by professionals.

What's your time worth?Cool

Takes a good amount of time, but pretty cheap if you go all-grain.
