He doesn't have what it would take to come back as his fans expect, everything the last couple of years has just hurt the JS7 brand. He has a person on the way that needs him to be there healthy. Time to call it a day, and enjoy what it has earned him before serious damage is done.

Okay, I give up, I'm gonna hop on the "he should retire" train. He has enough prowess in mx that he can make a living without having to compete in either series. He had an amazing career, and I think his ship has sailed.

Why wouldn't you just wish him good luck instead of the BS?...

Uh Oh, get ready to get beat with the JS7 fanboy stick! I got chastised last week for suggesting he walk away while he still can. Good Luck!

BTW, those bunnies look kinda pissed!

Where's the BS, any shit talking I've ever done was just a response to the hate you and P threw at everyone that wasn't JS7or didn't bow down to your spray that Stewart was the end all, be all of motorcycle racing. Reread my post and point to any BS. In fact I'm going to say that my post wishing he's walk away healthy is more caring about James Stewart the human being than your wish for him to heal up enough to beat Reed. Sure was nice around here during your vacation.

Every person that throws their leg over a bike is one crash from not walking away healthy. Should we all give up the passion?

I'm for whatever James decides to do with his life, but I sure hope I can watch him a few more seasons.

If anyone could take advantage of a Chase format next year, Stewart would be that guy. That should add a few years to his SX career.

His star is so bright that he could easily make a good living doing free riding video's. I think he should do that and give up on the racing thing.

Every single Stewart thread contains the same exact info. We get it, he should hang it up and he's a danger to himself. He is no longer the racer he once was but people are glad that they had the chance to see him do the things he has done on a motorcycle. "Like him or not, the sport is better with James on the gate."

It's a valid opinion and more than that. It's true.

like it or not, gettign out young is the way to go, a la Carmichael and Villo. They both made enough (as im sure stewart did) to have a nice nest egg, live comfortably, and have the pull, and relationships in the industry to land a supplemental income with whatever industry related company they damn well please. at some point, we all need to sit down and think about "risk vs reward" whether it be in our personal lives, or our career.
