So, of seven pics (who is on the #1Suzi?I'm too tired to remember or look up)...Three are great winners, three suffered injuries and loss of titles, Coope won one 125 Outdoor title no Sx winsLaughing Pastrana? Yep a loser....friggin gazillionaire. hahha albertyn? Lost his ass in real estate and rumoured Decoster was invested in his ventures and lost, which is part of reason he is still working now........

Where's pictures of Swink? Jimmy Gaddis? Nico Izzi? many others....

No Suzuki Curse...Dirtbike/motocross life is a highway paved with bodies and souls of many.....not everyone can be a winner...

You left out two greats. McGrath was a flat tire away from the '97 SX title and Reed won the '09 outdoor title.

I was about to say that. I feel like you can frame any brand to seem "cursed"

That's not a curse, it's just poor decisions hiring riders. They bought the ricky titles. . .

They bought ricky when he was the hottest ticket on the market, for big money. Need to make moves like that again and they'll be on top.

Sorry, I thought the 250 outdoor national was a big deal. Next time I promise I will not jump in the deep end. LOL!

JMB's 3 AMA titles came in 1991. He lost to Cooper in the 125 chase in 1990 (injury helped seal the deal but Coop was keeping pace before that).
Not trollin, just a pet peeve of mine that many people think JMB came in and dominated. Yes, 91 was a different story on the BIG bikes

Does the Suzuki curse stack on top of the racerx cover curse so as to either counteract each other or to make it doubly worse?

Curse?
Suzuki's lack of championships over the years is directly related to the amount of money they have had to spend. When you do not field a 250 field and have only 1 or 2 riders repersenting the brand your chances of success goes down greatly. Not to mention how bad the R&D process suffers. With Suzuki getting back into the picture team or teams wise things will start to turn around.

More of an outdated and underfunded problem. Sure RCH has sponsor money but the development has stood still as others moved forward.

In 2010 the 250 and 450 were ahead of their time. 6 years later not so much.

No curse I can see...

I remembered hearing that Suzuki was only able to hire RC because they had a lot of money saved up after not having to pay out any win bonuses....I think Honda is in a similar situation right now. I don't know why they didn't try to keep Tomac on red. He could definitely be the next big thing.

You also left out Tony D and, Kent Howerton on the ama side. Then, Robert, Rahier, Everts, Lackey, Jobe and, another Everts on the gp side. It feels like I'm leaving some out as well.
