Looks like a woodworking tool. No mention of weight either

Well, you ARE supposed to stand a lot. This looks like a training tool.

They seem to have the hard and soft versions now, but have to say that is one ugly seat there.

the groove in the middle actually makes it more comfortable and takes stress of the tailbone. it's pretty innovative looking if you ask me.

I loved my xseat on the 2014 KTM, depending on how i like the stock KTM 2016 seat with the Selle Dalla Valle cover i might get the new xseat!

And i have always thought the firm seats are better. I feel like i'm sitting on a couch when i ride my RM250 and i sink 20cm into the seat. The firm seat keeps my body positioning correct.

I agree...very innovative.

I like the groove in the middle...they've been doing it on road/mountain bike seats for a while, and it does help the tailbone...

I'd try one.

Interesting that it's developed for KTM first, and the rest to follow - a trend we may be seeing more of given KTM's current trajectory
