Need tips...how to remove mouth piece on Bell Moto 9

I have a Bell Moto 9 carbon that I want to change the mouth piece on.

Anyone have experience how to remove it without braking something ?

Bell sells these as removal parts so I guess it's ment to be easy to change.

And to be a little more accurate ...I'm going to remove it for a possible paint job

That thing should just pop in and out. Are there little tabs on the new one?
