This is how i made the stock 02 fmf pipe fit mine. exhaust port angle on the head is different. I sliced the pipe but not all the way .. mounted the rear tab then tack welded to hold.

pipe after welded





counter sank power valve plates to clear rad hose 95 cylinder and head



Then went for the retro look. 02 cr125r built it for my 13 year old to replace his cr85 super mini.

That's the stuff there, Could tear down and reassemble those in my sleep, We always ran a FMF fatty with a 1/2" section added at the flange weld. Very nice!

I ran that carb on a 125 years ago and ended using #4 slide to get it running well, ive had it as a spare for years if anyone wants to try it!
