Will the "Open" class be a 300 2 Stroke class?

If so, who will we send to ride the smoker?

(I really hope this doesn't turn into a 2v4 clusterf#%k)

I don't think they've said specifically, but I doubt it. The 300 class is not a world championship GP class, but rather an EMX European series like the EMX 125 and EMX250. I'd expect the only classes at the MXdN will be the GP level classes. Maybe the third rider will have an option to run either a MX1 or MX2 qualified machine.

I guess we'll see for sure when YS clarifies it.

At the MXoN I was told 300cc two strokes won't be competing in the 2014 MXoN.

the open class, is just that, its open, you could have ridden a 300 2 stroke in that group this year, but no one did, infact, except for Cairoli, the fastest riders were on 250F's,

will it be mandatory to ride a 2 stroke in that class next year, i find it very unlikely,
