My buddy Kevin O'neil is selling his house in Parma Idaho. It has one of the funnest outdoor track I have ever ridden. It has a full sprinkler system, along with a mini moto track. Here are a few links to it. Check it out!

@ Hando, Idaho is sick, the riding here is next to none. You can ride year around, just freeze your ass off..Early and Late winter is really good riding. Most of the tracks and cycle parks are super sandy
That being said, on my travels through Idaho, the Boise area looked awfully nice and for some reason I could see myself living there. I saw lots of KTM's in pick up trucks too my kind of place. Crisp clean air, lots of open space, cool college town it seemed.
I kind of got the feeling that if you live in the Boise area you need to be into outdoor activities as it didn't seem much like a cultural center or have much night life.
I've heard lots of white supremacists and such live there but I everyone I encountered seemed friendly. Is the meth problem any worse compared to WA or OR?
where and why is the owner moving?

Shit, I'd be happy with some hilly terrain and some good dirt, i'll cut my own track out!!
Having a private practice track means you have no excuse not to be fucking badass on a bike.
The laundry has more cupboards than my kitchen
Must be the old adage of location, location, location.
I would happily live there!
