My buddy Kevin O'neil is selling his house in Parma Idaho. It has one of the funnest outdoor track I have ever ridden. It has a full sprinkler system, along with a mini moto track. Here are a few links to it. Check it out!

Last year, 2 Acres on the Las Vegas strip sold for $25 million (12.5 mil per acre), that was a deal compared to previous listing or sales. This place has 35 ACRES, DAMN! I'd hate pedal around that BMX track, why don't they just ride moto?

@Rizzo, it is not a bmx track. It has a mini moto track that is great for kids to learn on, and then it also has a very cool outdoor track with a great sprinkler system. Literally a flip of a switch waters it in 10 minutes. The real estate company put together the video slideshow, and they obviously don know the difference between BMX and MX

@ Rizzo, I thought you were being serious. I guess you could ride a bmx bike though.

@ Hando, Idaho is sick, the riding here is next to none. You can ride year around, just freeze your ass off..Early and Late winter is really good riding. Most of the tracks and cycle parks are super sandy

I don't particularly care for the pacific northwest, I can tolerate portland and seattle but the rest of the place...as beautiful as it is, is full of tweaky trash. What I would call is a region of Bogan types (both OR and WA)

That being said, on my travels through Idaho, the Boise area looked awfully nice and for some reason I could see myself living there. I saw lots of KTM's in pick up trucks too Smile my kind of place. Crisp clean air, lots of open space, cool college town it seemed.

I kind of got the feeling that if you live in the Boise area you need to be into outdoor activities as it didn't seem much like a cultural center or have much night life.

I've heard lots of white supremacists and such live there but I everyone I encountered seemed friendly. Is the meth problem any worse compared to WA or OR?

White supremacist groups are up in Northern Idaho. But even now it is minimal. The meth problem is still pretty bad in the Boise area. Not sure if its any worse then Oregon or Washington. The crime rate is relatively low in the Boise area, the outskirts like Caldwell are starting to get bad.

He must really want to move. Most people are sitting on property right now as the market is not good for selling.

Right?

Shit, I'd be happy with some hilly terrain and some good dirt, i'll cut my own track out!!

Having a private practice track means you have no excuse not to be fucking badass on a bike.

I thought there must have been a 0 missing somewhere. That is unbelievable value.

The laundry has more cupboards than my kitchen Blink

That's $571k AUD. A lot of money in anyone's language, but that seems very cheap for what you get. A decent house and land plus and fully irrigated track.

Must be the old adage of location, location, location.

I would happily live there! Smile
