The track really is boring. They need to make whoops that not everyone can skim.

Berms and nets bro.

Big bikes that can jump anything with no run up out of a flat turn = follow the leader.

Yup.
Let Pastrana design a track again. That was an interesting track.

It's always the mantra for A1. They don't want a track that's too gnarly for the season opener. Let's hope the mains deliver. Let's not forget there used to be some pretty big gaps in the field in the 90's and early 00's. With how good the bikes are, and how good the top guys are, finding a balance between a track that will race good along with being difficult enough to test the very best racers is not an easy thing to pull off. These current guys would lay waste to a track from the 90's or early 00's. These tracks are tough, just go watch C practice if that's what you are looking for !!!

Those "berms" are an embarrassment, if you want the sport to grow you make tracks that actually lend themselves to good racing rather than tedious freeways. I'm dissapointed, shit track.

It's pretty bad. Fingers crossed for the 450's but I can't how it's going to be any better when the top 7 in practice were within 1 second.

Or provide some input that can eventually gain traction resulting in the organisers making changes and everyone's happy resulting in more fans of the sport.

What this sport needs is more exciting tracks. I think we should build a giant Hot Wheels full loop for a finish line and make Mexico pay for it.

man......this is how supercross can be. The leader, especially if it's one of the faster guys, gets out front and sprints to a small but sizeable lead. He doesn't have to deal with the traffic and can take the lines that are quickest. Just posting that the race wasn't good ain't helping anyone.

Racing is spontaneous, I posted about the track and tracks can be changed.

2-strokes. No recluse clutches. Taller whoops.

It seems like a lot of point-and-twist going on. Modern riders have excellent body english navigating huge triples and rhythm sections but I want to see some old fashioned clutch work!

Yeah, because there was no one rider dominating the field and the racing was so much closer in the 90's or early 00's.....

That's part of MX/SX. It's tough.

But can you honestly argue that it's entertaining watching 450s idle over these lame tracks the last 10 years?

Gimme some 90s and early 2000s SX any-fucking-day!

450 is a nonsense, 125cc class as a stepping stone and 250 as a premier class would be epic. 450s are just too powerful. You can notice it in every motosport. More power = less racing.

Even if you brought back the 90's and 00's tracks it wouldn't change a damn thing: the 450 is too fast for indoors.

The ONLY way real racing will return is a return to 2 strokes or smaller displacement.

Almost every supercross season for years the 250's has been more entertaining than the 450's.

Outdoors a 450 can really shine.
