Maxime Desprey season's end

Frenchman Maxime Desprey, who worked under David Vuillemin had to put an end to his American dream after a bad crash. Injury report say he has a broken femur.

That is tough. I was rooting for the guy to make mains and those BUD Racing bikes are really good looking.

After looking so good injury wise for SX in general the past 7 days has been nasty and this round certainly added to the sidelined riders.

Sport it brutal, hopefully a quick recovery for Desprey.

Matthes was right, Dv, " 2 weeks. " What happened to the other rider on the team? They dropped him before the season started?

Darian Sanayei was injured before the season started. He's still on the team and is getting ready for the European races they're doing.

Real bad injury, painful and slow healing.
Tough break...
Hope he gets better and doesn't suffer too much.

EMX2, that field is stacked. Hopefully Sanayei can get plenty of time on the bike before Valkenswaard because his competition have been riding mx all winter while he was in sx mode. I'd be surprised if Desprey makes the first EMX2 round at Valkenswaard now after that injury,

But Lawerence, Prado, Natzke, Mewse, Renaux and more will be on it at the first round. Will be interesting to see if Sanayei will be up with them boys from round one.

The kid came from out of nowhere to win the first moto at Matterley so I think he'll be allright.

He was also planning on competing the 250 French MX championship, which he won in 2015.
