Matt's bike was at Hangtown. I asked the crew chief for the team where Matt was, he said Matt was extremely sick and couldn't lineup.

Not the same language that was used to describe the situation on the pre race show (don't recall which), but I thought the words they used were, "sitting this one out," which I thought was unusual. I think the reference was to the entire team, not Matt specifically.

He must have been extremely sick for a long time since his name wasn't even at Hangtown pre entry list. It must have been known way before the race already that he doesn't even have hope to race there. Not too easy year for a guy!

What a shit show the suzuki 250 teams are. What was the best finish between the two? Outside the points I'm sure.

I checked out his bike and talked to the guy that was wrenching on the Clout bike. Said he's been sick to me as well. They are running the WP TRAX shock and Cone Valve forks on the bikes, I'd like to try that combo, they worked great on mY KTM.

Kyle Cunnnghams bike had electrical gremlins. I don't think he made 2 laps total between the 3 practices and the consi race. He didn't even get to qualify to race. I think he's the fastest guy on the team, it's too bad he couldn't of gotten the bike figured out, I feel bad for him, he was ready to go.

It's a shame because Matt showed some flashes of brilliance in SX but just hasn't been consistent.

Kyle is on Albertson's team not on MAD....It still sucked that they couldn't get his bike going. You would think they would have a spare engine and spare electronics to swap out though.

Yes. He got injured in his first or second race, and was replaced by Clout, who broke his leg at his second race with the team. Daniel showed some speed at times, outdoors. Surprised he isn't racing the nationals.

Dan Truman reported on the Pulp Fantasy MX Show they swapped out the engine and transmission before the Consolation Race and had the same problems with the replacement. Said it was some sort of electrical or ignition problem but didn't want to mention the company and throw them under the bus.

what team is he going to? weird deal. That team must have something going on, they abandoned Baker pretty quickly when he got hurt. now their best rider is gone to race outdoors with someone else. little teams struggling

It is concerning regarding the team. I hope the team is in good standing, I was happy to see Suzuki 250f teams back this year and would hate to lose them. All suzuki teams this year haven't had the best of luck (besides RCH).

Yes. He got injured in his first or second race, and was replaced by Clout, who broke his leg at his second race with the team. Daniel showed some speed at times, outdoors. Surprised he isn't racing the nationals.
He got released from the team and wasn't picked up by anyone for nationals. I guess he didn't want to go privateer.

Assuming he can race through his injury, Mad Racing should pick up Kyle Peters after his contract with Crossland ends. (He has a contract with them through round 3.)

I wouldn't say suspicious, but I thought it was unusual the way things were coming out, or not coming out, and decided to contribute to the discussion. Also, I know better than to contradict ML, who is probably more informed than anyone. Looks like maybe there is a little more to it after all.

The Suzuki 250 leaves the showroom as the slowest in class, so once you've dropped all the coin on works suspension and a bunch of motor work to make is as fast as a stock yz or sx, it has to be quite a financial burden for a smaller team

Sometimes I have to stay a little PC... I wasn't 100% what was going on with Matt, but that was what I was told by the team so I was relaying the info. Hopefully Matt lands on some good equipment, somewhere.

Yeah, I'm aware of which team Kyle is on, I was referring to the Suzuki 250 teams, in general, as someone else had posted. Sorry for the confusion.

It says in the PR:

Per the team, Bisceglia will be released from his contract immediately to “pursue an opportunity to compete outdoors on another team.”

Yoshimura is part of both this team and the factory 450 squad. Would it not be wrong to consider Matt going onto a factory 450?

Is it me or has it seemed like every suzuki 250 effort has bombed or their bikes have been slow besides the rockstar team (husky) or factory suzuki 250 bikes. The end of motoworld suzuki in 05 their bikes were junk, rockstar bills pipes suzuki bikes were junk, same with wbr and suzuki city. Factory suzuki built fast competitive 250s and same with bobby hewitts program but other then that the bikes or teams never seemed competitive. This news doesnt surprise me though. I was watching were all the fast guys have been riding the rough sand track in nuevo and matts bike seemed sooo slow compared to martins yamaha 250 or craigs honda 250.
