It's been missing last 2 shows.
"You know what goes with booze and chicks? Main Event Moto"
DB: Yea, he had to dig himself out of a pretty big hole there...
Joe: "... YEAAA!! PRETTY BIG HOLE!!"
Joe can definitely be a funny dude, but the constant barrage of middle school-esque sexual innuendos get a little old; which is probably what turns away some of the more middle age / "vet" rider demographic
Overall though, love what you guys have created - Keep up the solid work
The Shop
in this episode daniel attempted to fix him derailing legit conversation a few times, but it carried on anyway.
producer joe thinks he's about 10x funnier then he is. worked a lot better in infrequent, tiny doses. screaming does not inherently make anything funny.
Joe Rocks. My chick listens because hes funny...so I can listen without getting "the look"
Joe can occasionally be funny but usually isn't. If we have to listen to him, can you at least give him a mic? I don't even mind the middle school jokes despite my vet status. Joe is just trying way too hard. Plus, it's tough to listen to someone who isn't a moto fan too. Producers should be "seen" on the podcast, not heard: just my opinion.
The chemistry between Hobo and DB is great, though. Keep up the great work!
Shows fine and has me cracking up all the way along my drive to work, like sitting around listening to a group of lads shoot the shit, lighthearted random banter with a bit of insider knowledge and cool stories of an old pro. offers up something different, not lkke the awkward stiff interviewing that kieffer serves up, or the advert ridden 5 hour marathons that matthes dishes out.
Theres a podcast for everyones taste and mood.
At this point, our show is growing at a ridiculous rate, pretty much doubled in last 6 weeks, and we'll probably keep doing what we're doing, with the occasional tweak to format. Hopefully there is enough things you like about the show that you can overlook the things that don't fit your vibe. If not, no worries.
Ps. If you have a problem with Joe's humor, you can tell him to his face at Monster Cup. He'll be the guy at the TLD pit sharpening his machete with AMart.
Pit Row
Will be actually be hanging out with A-Mart? Can't wait to hear what he thinks of the guy... and what A-Mart thinks of him
Haters will still listen. If it wasnt for Joe I couldnt listen with my chick around because she listens for the laughs...and Hobos rants on pump sprays. "3rd leg strong"
Plus the guy does an amazing job doing what he does.
He's the Roczen of podcast producers right now.
Even if hes wearing" nippy stickys and nipple stickers."
That tweet segment that you guys read RE: Stankdog and his army and the hot gal was absolutely hilarious. That is a wonderful segment idea that is sure to pay handsome dividends in the future.
Big Balls on Hobo, too: I am pretty sure I'd never publicly call out Bowers.
You guys definitely rose high up my list of must-hear podcasts.
