Magoo flashback last night!

Edited Date/Time 2/1/2016 10:35am
On the Fox broadcast when they showed the replay of Anderson's pass on Reed I thought I saw Mr. Chandler himself reincarnate. Front end high, feet off the pegs, balls to the wall, perfect recovery from disaster instantly reminded me of the crazy man, the idol of my youth. Is it just me or is Anderson showing signs he is the new "Magoo" for the Z generation.

I seen that in A1 when he had the lead in sight, and it's something you see with Anderson the more you watch him. Not only did it remind me of Magoo, but also Carmichael. You see him over jump stuff, case stuff, get a little squirly, and he comes out of it grabbing throttle pushing forward. Onthe other end of the spectrum Keven Windham said it took him a couple seconds to a lap to compose himself after a mistake.

It's a very good trait for Anderson to have.

Wonder if I had anything to do with Reed making a mistake through the section and having to change up lines on take off.

Magoo did that shit intentionally not on accident. Andersons NFG style is funner to watch than most though.

There's waaaaaay more "Magoo" in Jason.

The smile and the jokes are ALL there. The hanging out between motos with EVERYONE (like Danny)...is very much there, too.

I don't think we've seen, anything like Magoo, Since Magoo. It will be hard to match the tenacity and Heart that he had. Not to mention the bikes he was doing it on compared to the bikes of today

There's some truth to that.

But, in this era...there are very few that "let it -ALL- hang out" like Danny did and almost NO ONE is all smiles and simply stoked to be at the races...like Danny...

Except for Jason.

I'll tell ya what: when and if Jason goes to MXoN and stomps The World in BOTH of his Motos...I'm gettin' him some pants that say..."Magoo II".

Danny would laugh.
