Same contenders as always for the win: France, USA, Belgium
Podium contenders. Great Britain (maybe even win), The Netherlands, Switzerland, Russia, Italy

So, it could go either way around, as usual.

It really could go any way. It wouldn't surprise me if any one of those teams I've just listed ended up missing the podium. France, GB, Italy, Russia, Switzerland will all be strong contenders to take spot in the podium as well

France, USA, and the UK to surprise Belgium and Holland.

Aussies will get fraped I think sadly... Ferris could do anything but I have resevations over Gibbs and Beaton in Europe for a big show.

I think the US of A could do it this year. Allot less pressure on them than usual, Anderson & Webb are as fast as anyone on their day, A.Mart is good enough to bring it home.

Belgium, Italy, France, GB, NL in any other order..

3rd place will be contended among Italy, France, Great Britain and The Netherlands if Herlings is in for the cup.

You mean by not picking Deano? I think the team we've got is pretty decent, we won't win races but as long we can avoid mechanicals we should score consistent points.

Definitely haven't had the best luck that's for sure! Think both Shaun and Max both got taken out by other riders on Saturday last year and didn't race Sunday.

Not too dissimilar to the luck you guys have actually!

Hey , you guys think team Slovenia will be strong enough to get into the A final? I sure fuggin' hope so! Because I really want to see Gajser mix it up in there. It will be a crime against this sport if that guy isn't in the A final! Go TG243!!!

Pancar isn't that bad, but raced 125cc all season long. Irt raced some MXGP-races, but no points. If Tim wins his quali, they could go through.

As long as Gajser doesn't have a disaster in the qualifying race they should get in. The cut off for qualification last year was 29 points, so you would think as long as Gajser gets a top 5, they should get in. I agree though, it would suck majorly if the world champ didn't race in the A-final

France is just gonna be tough to beat. I think Febvre and Paulin with both get a top 3 and a top 5 at least, with possibly a win. Ferrandis will get one top 10. Webb and Anderson will have to be on their A game in order to have a chance. Martin needs to give the US one good moto. Most likely in moto 2.

If I'm a betting man, I'm saying:

1. France

2. USA

3. Belgium

That third rider is where teams struggle, and Belgium will get the podium based on consistency.

Well I sure hope he gets in. If he has to race the B final....we should take some bets. I say he damn near laps up to 3rd place! I'm a huge fan of Tim's and I want to see him shine on the world stage at an event like the MXoN's.

I don't think the US has overall beter riders , think the same amount as Europe. But the US has a much bigger pool to choose from so more chances of winning the MXDN.

For example Slovenia , they have Gajser one of the best dirtbike riders in the world , but they would be lucky to qualify for the sunday event.
