I know this guy doesn't get much hype, but I think RV is going to come out and wrekkk some egos in Thailand.

Not a lot of guys chiming in on this one!! Wink A lot of tails between the legs??

I do know that RV better have a better showing than last week, because if he doesn't, he is gonna lose touch with the points leaders - no one is gonna wait for the American hero!

Your riders up there are comparable to Alessi. Atleast GP's pull in big names.

RV will look better and I'm sure will finish higher in the results column. Having been off the starting line for as long as he was and the 1st GP pre-race hype not so intense, we should see more of the RV we are used to watching.

Nagl sure looked strong . I think he trades moto wins with Cairoli. RV a pair of 5ths.

Is that supposed to be an insult to Canadians?

You fail.

Dumbass post that has NOTHING to do with the topic of the thread. Grow up, idiot.

This is what I hate most about these threads. Sorry to pick on you, because just as many 'Muricans do the same thing.

This year is the first time I bought a sub for the entire MXGP season, and yeah.. RV2 had something to do with that. But the more I watch MXGP the more I like.. the announcer, the tracks, the camera work, everything about what is shown to me as a consumer is (IMHO) a tighter, less sugary package than we we have here in the states. It makes me long for hearing David Bailey in the announce booth, to be honest.

I don't get the nationalism here and god knows it exists on mxlarge and other European sites. People like dirtnapper are doing their best to ruin what is otherwise a cool and exciting series for me. I watch because of the motocross racing, not to see how superior USA is or Poland or Italy, ect. I frankly don't care.

I'm gonna keep watching this season and yeah I will pull for RV2 he is obviously an underdog and probably wasn't prepared for the level of intensity now found in Europe. The tide has changed.. I don't think we here in the States have accepted that yet.

Cheers to more good racing whether RV2 finishes first or last next weekend.

QoS, I am a little confused? How am I trying to ruin it for you? Honest question? Huh Not sure I get why you quoted me.

Do you disagree that Ryan needs a good showing to stay in the Championship?

RV win a moto this time. He looks like he's not in the best of shape though, and for that reason he will lose the second moto.

I predict a monsoon soaked race and it will throw a wrench (spanner?) in the works. It's anyone's day, but it will surprise.

RV will wheelie over on the start and lose his front brake. The bike will then get a flat tire two laps in and he will dnf only to have his bike stolen by some visitors from Atlanta. After riding the bike for a few minutes the thieves bring it back calling it "unridable." Ryan gets a fifth second moto after bring attacked by birds on the gate and tipping over.

Honestly he looks unprepared. I don't see a week making much of a difference.

Weather prediction Bangkok, rain tomorrow and clear sky with occasional clouds until next week. lows 79 degrees, highs 94-98 degrees. low wind and a 60-78% humidity. chance of rain 10% all weekend.

What kind of dirt/track in thailand? Hopefully track conditions will be much better.

Oh well, scratch that scenario. That kind of heat and humidity will be a factor, probably not enough to be a game changer though.

I'm saying people are making this more about USA vs. Other Country at least many are (from both sides of the pond). I get that we 'muricans can be annoying at times, but the same people who are quick to judge us should look in the mirror.

I think TC222 will run a much better race next week. I was impressed with Nagl, though I wonder if starts are as critical to MXGP as they are proving to be in Supercross this year. Can't wait for round #2!

Let's just hope the heat and humidity don't effect RV's electronics or rear brake or his suspension setting as his team is testing in European weather this week instead of being on location ahead of time like most of the other teams.
